If you're out on parole and you violate it, aren't you supposed to serve the rest of your sentence out? I don't know a heck of a lot about the "criminal justice" system, but isn't that how it's supposed to work?!?!

He should have gone back and served the other 10 years of his original sentence PLUS a new sentence!!!

WTF PEOPLE. The blame rests on the stupid criminal law enforcement officers who forced a confession and all of that. The blame also rests on the stupid judges and parole board who let this guy out. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Sorry, I respectfully disagree. The blame belongs nowhere but on the head of this reprobate scumbag that should have gotten his due reckoning long ago.

Not blame, but shame, on everyone who did not give it to him while they had the chance. Applause to the woman who crashed their car into another car to save her life; I only wish she had finished the job and cracked his skull on the steering wheel.

Anyone ever notice how the media almost never mentions the Federal and State guns laws that are on the books that have been broken by these scumbags. Would sure point out the ineffectiveness of those laws in preventing crime. But printing that information would not serve the medias anti gun objectives, fly in the face of the Daley's and Blagos and Bloombergs of the world on how MORE laws are needed.
