Does anyone have any experience with a Keltec SUB2000? Ive been looking at one in 9mm and wondered about good or bad feedback. |

Yes, we have had 2 of them.
One stock....
...and one not....
Fun to shoot, always got a few looks when we unfolded them.
No issues with either of them. They shot any 9mm ammo we loaded into the rifle.
The coolest part was being able to carry a rifle in the saddlebag on our motorcycle....
Anything specific you have a question on??? |

I was main curious about malfunctions and what kind of ammo it would eat. I have heard of people saying it will eat any ammo, while others say only brass. I have been trying to find different types of weapons that operate off the same round. I have been looking for a SUB2000 for a while, they aren't easy to come by.
One question in reference to shooting it; how bad is it without having a cheek pad? |

Our 2 Sub2000's would shoot anything we put in them, including the Blazer aluminum stuff. Zero malfunctions.
As for recoil it seemed to be very little.
After shooting e Mosin Nagant or the Draco for a couple hours the Sub2000 is more like a hot .22 rifle.
9x19 vs. 7.62x54 or 7.62x39 is not really a fair comparison I guess.
Most of the time we just shot it like the Thompson........
.....shoot from the hip and adjust accordingly. |
