Technically, you could carry an unloaded pistol in a fanny pack holster with a loaded magazine along side it, or carry the same way with a "calendar" leather agenda holster, but be prepared to be charged anyway and have to fight it. You would win outside of the 6 county Chicago area.

yep.. technically I could carry a small pistol in my pocket if it's in a ziplock bag and unloaded. but bad idea |
