Certainly this did not take place in Calif? ? Especially carrying in the open without being in a gun case? Very interesting videos though. |

Hmm, I guess the cop can decide when the 5th Ammendment applies and not. Overall it was a decent encounter. |

Open carry in CA is legal provided the firearm is not loaded. Some cities in CA may have Chicago-like statutes that prohibit exercising one's rights. |

UOC of pistol was outlawed, NOT long guns. Meaning UOC of long guns is still legal (except in the typical locations). |
